Some hexies happened, too! Just not six fat quarters' worth. Likewise, some garden progress has happened! But not the rain barrels, though really, if it keeps raining like it has been, they'll fill the day I put them up. (Also, there was a tornado at the south edge of town. No one died, and few were injured, though it tore lots of houses and barns down and threw the bits everywhere.)

Everything else was subsumed in the super secret project, which I'll get to show off very soon!

Really truly this time, I'm gonna paint that wall at last. I did decide to buy a stencil for it, so the stenciling may not happen until July—the budgeting is now more of a feature of the project.

I'm also hoping to get lots of gardening done, including pulling out and replacing the rotted garden gate with a sturdier and more attractive trellis arch. While I'm planting things (and pulling sod) I need to wash the fleeces I scored a few months ago so at the very least, they can be stored somewhere better than "in a bin in the garage."
