I have a very good explanation, and it is that someone in the 60s decided to texture the walls of my house with sand or concrete, and so when I wanted to repaint, I was stuck with either poorly-textured walls with a million layers of paint on them, or skim coating, sanding, and priming for smooth walls. I chose option B, and here I am, with a tetris cube of belongings denser than a neutron star in the garage, drywall dust very literally everywhere, and a number of delayed crafting projects for obvious reasons.

I did finish those damn socks, though. And the surcoat is made, and will be partially embroidered before the local con. And I'm definitely not grumping about my inability to work day, night, and twilight all the time.

Some of these things need to happen very very soon. Some of them will take longer. Some of them depend on others of them being completed. I'm planning to be pleased with anything above 30% completion.
